international shipping
i have a costumer over in the united kingdom that would like to buy something but it tells them to ask for a postage quote. I am part of eBay's international shipping program and i do not have any exclusions on. and i have also shipped this exact type of item to the united kingdom before without any problems last week. so I'm not quite sure what the problem is. if anyone knows how to correct this issues any advice would be greatly appraised thanks

This is very common. The U.K. has some strict safety regulations that cause some items to be blocked from shipping there when using the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS). This is especially true for toys.
If you go to that listing and look at the countries you ship to, if the U.K. is not on that list, it's the item itself that is blocked, not the country.
