International shipping
I have a potential buyer who wants me to ship to Thailand. My listing is set for domestic. When I revise the listing to allow worldwide shipping or shipping to the destination, it just doesn't take. There's something called eBay International Shipping that I am eligible for, but I don't know how to set it up. Please advise. I've spent more than an hour trying to fix this.

Before you can sell internationally, you'll need to:
- Have an eBay account in good standing
- Have earned at least 10 feedback points as a seller
- Have made your first successful sale more than 90 days ago
- Post in an eligible category. (Ineligible categories for international sales include Video Games, Movies & TV, Hunting knives, Auto parts, and Vehicles)

I do not recommend sending a high dollar item overseas until you have a lot of experience as a seller and have eBay International Shipping(EIS) in place. There are bad guys who target newer sellers with expensive items for sale.
To utilize eBay International Shipping
1) Make sure you are Enrolled in eBay International Shipping Programs here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
AND
2) Make sure to unblock all the continents/countries/places you want to ship to here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/excludeRegions
- and check the box "Also apply to current listings" (it will apply to listings that can be revised)
3) Remove any direct international shipping options that you have on your listings.
