International Shipping
My account is Above Standard with 0% defects, 0% late shipments, and 0 cases closed without seller resolution. I am a U.S. seller, but eBay International Shipping does not appear in my Shipping Preferences. Can you check whether my account is eligible for EIS and whether it can be enrolled?

eBay has a top secret algorithm that they use to determine when your account will be added to the eBay International Shipping Program.
Keep offering good customer service and following eBay's rules and you will eventually be added.
