International Shipping
I don't ship outside of the US. Unfortunately, in my shipping preferences I was not aware of the toggle for International shipping via eBay. Now I have an item that was bid on by someone from Taiwan. They haven't paid for it yet so I want to cancel the order. If I do, I know eBay will ding me a fee but will I be able to relist the item? Thanks for any help with this.

OP2 years agoThank you for your quick response. I appreciate it. I've turned off International Shipping via eBay in my preferences and made sure buyers are blocked. I'll just wait to see if the buyer pays for the auction win. Thanks again for your help.

Mentor2 years agoPerhaps the Taiwan buyer is using a reshipper/freight forwarder, which is fine with ebay as you will be shipping to a USA address. Once tracking shows Delivered, your obligation is over. Of course you can cancel the order if the buyer ends up the winner as Problem with buyer's address. You need to also block buyers with addresses you do not ship to:
