International shipping
I’ve gotten told from two Australians they can’t buy my product because it won’t ship even though international shipping is active. How do I fix this.

A quick glance at your active listings shows that some of them can ship to Australia via the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS).
If you could provide either a link or item number to the listing in question, we'd be happy to take a look.

should be listed under topps bowman orange shai. I just had 2 people reach out to me last night about being in Australia and it tells them that me the seller needs to change the shipping to be allowed but I don’t see how it wouldn’t be already.

Thank you for providing more information.
The issue with this particular listing is it's an Authenticity Guarantee sale. With those listings, Buyers must be located in the United States. That restriction would apply to any of your listings with the Authenticity Guarantee check mark.
