Customs has refused my package twice (I’m the seller, shipped through USPS) no reason given except not enough detailed description. But it is very detailed! Buyer has been patient and still wants items. He would prefer I try ups. I agree but I believe I will be out $380 that I’ve already paid to ship USPS. Any ideas?

In September, 2025, the USPS released new customs forms that require more detail. I think this is what's holding up your shipment. Here is more information from the post office:
