International shipping

Question

I have two listings.one is an item listed for an auction at $150 and is 12x12x15 inches. The other is 46x5x5 inches and an auction at $500. the first item a buyer in Italy said the listing shows they can ship to them.the second shows it doesn’t allow international shipping. all settings for shipping are the sameboth items are movie prop replicas (helm works and staff doesn’t)

@makingendsmeet_124 Two possibilities for it to be blocked. One it is being blocked because of the word Cutlery. Remove that from the title AND description.

Second possibility is the package dimensions are an issue. While it the package is not over the max length it is what the postal service considers an irregular package.

The following requirements apply to items shipped through eBay International Shipping:

Items are physically located in the US and listed on eBay.com
Items are eligible for export
The cost of the order doesn't exceed $2500 USD, including shipping
Packages should not exceed:
- 48 inches in length, 84 inches in length and girth
- 44 lbs. in billable weight (not actual weight) for all countries except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)

The listing is blocked completely from the EIS program, not just shipping to Italy.

Let me know if revising the listing and taking out the word Cutlery fixes the problem.
