Mentor6 months ago@paleospaz This is eBay.com. I see you are located in Canada. I can't speak to the issue that the EIS shipping program is having in Canada specifically.
There are have been some major storms that stopped/ delayed mail services for a large part of the US. Even when the storms are not affecting an area directly it can still affect delivery due to planes being delayed.
