International Shipping
I have a buyer from Europe that wishes to purchase an item and I have opted into International Shipping and allowed European Countries to purchase, however a potential Buyer fro the Netherlands says it is not allowing him to purchase. Any Suggestions?

Mentor8 months agoEach country has specific requirements for shipping by the eBay International Shipping program. It may be that the item and its packaging is either too large, heavy or valued too high. It can also be that the item is not allowed to be imported into the specific country. Look at the listing for that item and see if the country is listed in the available country list. If not then it cannot be shipped to that country through the EIS.
