International Shipping
I have a buyer in the UK who wants to purchase sandals from me for $21 but the shipping costs more than the sandals ($29). Is that the normal cost for shipping internationally for an item that weighs 1 pound, 1 ounce and has dimensions of appr. 9" x 7" x 4" ?
Thanks for your input!

If you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS), all you can control is what you charge the Buyer to get their item to the hub.
Overseas Shipping is very expensive and may include other charges such as import fees and taxes.
