international shipping
I sent a package to the Ebay international hub in Illinois. The USPS tracking number shows it arrived. An email from Ebay claims it did not. The buyer wants resolution. What to do?

Mentor8 months agoIt means it was delivered to the hub. From there it gets another tracking number and is sent to its final destination. THEN the buyer will receive it. Check the tracking.

Mentor8 months ago@roepaul Contact customer service on social media with USPS proof that the tracking shows delivery to the HUB. If it does then eBay is the one that refunds the buyer.
This is too complicated to try and deal with a phone agent .
