EBay is failing sellers by not providing a sufficient help &disabling all means for top sellers to call in and contact live people to assistance top sellers. You have replaced live contact with bots. but your selling fees remain the same. I have been waiting 5 days for eBay support to contact me for assistance with international shipping. The information provided on the eBay support page is grossly insufficient providing sellers understanding of how to print an international shipping label. It has been 5 days since I requested a phone call from an eBay agent. My shipment is late as a direct result of the poor insufficient response to my request for help. eBay has caused my pending late shipment. By failing to respond to my request for help. I need someone to call me directly and fast.
