International shipping
I have a buyer wanting me to ship item to canada. I don’t have a shipping option for that. Can it be added to my listing or do I have to re list it?

Look up the shipping cost here> https://www.ebay.com/shp/calc/rates
You can't ship UPS unless it's in a box. UPS will add brokerage fees on top of the custom fees that the buyer will have to pay.
IF I shipped I would use USPS International Priority if it is not too large or heavy. The clubs should be placed in a sturdy box.
Keep in mind that when you ship directly to the buyer if the item is lost or damaged in shipment or the buyer SAYS it's not as described then YOU pay return shipping and refund out of your pocket.
USPS ( and other carries ) do add surcharges based on length and other factors>
$4.00 fee for lengths 22-30 inches, and a $8.40 fee (Ground Advantage) or $18.00 fee (expedited) for lengths over 30 inches, plus potential fees for exceeding 2 cubic feet or having nonstandard shapes like tubes, with fees stacking for length and volume but not characteristics. These apply to services like Ground Advantage and Priority Mail for packages not fitting standard dimensions, adding costs for handling oversized items.
