international shipping
my buyer is in PR and I'm in the US. She paid $17 to ship a winter coat. When printing the shipping label I see she chose priority Mail as her choice. it is $100.65 to ship. I don't see international shipping, even though I meet all criteria. should I cancel sale?

Mentor10 months agoShipping to Puerto Rico is the same as shipping to Florida, dollar-wise. Puerto Rico is a US Protectorate, so shipping is the same as to a state.

Mentor10 months agoPR is not international it is domestic and postage is the same as shipping to any other USA Zip Code. Make sure the country is USA and the state is PR to get the USPS domestic rates.
