Your prospective buyer in Poland might have contracted with a freight forwarding company in the United States. Many such companies are based in Delaware, where there are no sales taxes. If that is the case, once that buyer pays, eBay will give you a delivery address in the United States (possibly Delaware, but could be Florida or Oregon or, really, any state), where you are expected to ship the Item. Therefore: your policy of shipping to the USA only will be upheld. eBay does charge an International Fee for transactions such as that * , in addition to the Final Value Fee (FVF) ( * where the buyer has a USA shipping address but is registered with eBay at his/her European home address). The International Fee is 1.65% of the total amount paid by your buyer. It is deducted from your transaction proceeds.

Your one active listing shows you only ship to the United States. If you were enrolled in the eBay International Shipping program, this listing would show if you can ship this item to Poland and what the Buyer's costs would be.

I would let the Buyer know that at this time, you are only shipping to the United States.
