International shipping
Trying to buy from another country. He gave me a shipping cost and says has no problem shipping. But when i go to buy it now. It says seller will not send to your address. I asked seller he says i need to contact eBay that it’s them not seller?

Mentor11 months ago@habootikuus The seller controls their shipping settings. eBay customer service can't change it for you.
There is a learning curve for sellers to know how to set up shipping correctly and to know how to check if an item can ship to another country.
If you share the item number or link to the listing then I can take a look and see what's wrong.
