Was the shipping address in one of the 50 United States?
Perhaps in Delaware? Oregon? Montana? Florida?
If so, you did not ship internationally.

Mentor1 year agoAlthough you may not ship Internationally the buyer may have used the address of a friend or a freight forwarder to make the purchase. Since the buyer had a foreign registered address eBay charged the fee for having to handle the International payment fees.
