international shipping
If I ship to a country outside the United States, will I be responsible for shipping costs to the final destination, or just to the ebay international shipping hub? Are there any additional costs associated with international shipping over and above domestic shipping?

It appears you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS). Once you get an international sale, you are only responsible for the cost to get it to the eBay hub in the U.S. That will most likely be in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Then eBay will handle the rest including any returns and refunds.
As far as other costs, you might be charged a 1.65% foreign transaction fee when your Buyer is located outside the U.S.
