International shipping
I have a buyer in the Netherlands that wants to buy an item, but when they click on it, it says I don't ship there. I have International shipping turned on.

-The item could be a restricted item for that country
-There could be a weight or dimension off in your Shipping section making it too heavy or large for the EIS service.
-You may have EIS turned on for your account but not have International shipping turned on for that listing

The issue could be on the Buyer's side of the pond:
Shipping seashells from the US to the Netherlands on eBay is possible, but there are regulations to follow. The Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) inspects imports of plant-based products, and a phytosanitary transport document is required. The shipping time from the US to the Netherlands is typically eight days3
