International Shipping
I am an enrolled eBay International Shipping seller, with no country restrictions. For some unknown reason, a few of my listings only offer shipping to the US to international buyers. I’ve gone over my shipping preferences to make sure there are no restrictions, and most of my listings show all sorts of country options for shipping locations. But a few don’t, and only show United States. Is there a setting I’m missing? If I used post office shipping, the item would have cost twice as much just to ship.
Thank you for any advice given.

Many countries have introduced very strict safety and packaging regulations for items shipped there. It is most likely the item itself that cannot be shipped vs a specific country being excluded.
If you go to one of your listings in question, and look at the long list of countries you ship to, if a certain country isn't listed, it's that item.
You might be able to ship directly to an overseas Buyer, but you would lose most of your Seller Protections.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. The product being shipped are beads. I’ve read the list of items that would possibly trigger something like that, and they weren’t on the list. I also looked into shipping the package through my local post office. Even for 1st class, it would be double the postage. I wound up cancelling the sale. I even tried recreating the page using a template I created earlier that had all the countries unrestricted. It reverted back to the same US only to ship. I’m flummoxed. I went through several of my other listed bead pages and they were fine. All of the countries came up. Only a few had the same issue. I’m tempted to pull the ones doing that out all together or add an explanation in the description, even though it actually says on the page that we use eBay International Shipping. I’m grasping for some sort of logic here…
