International shipping
I shipped an item from Usa through international shipping program which has a hub in Kentucky. The buyer is in Australia. The item is listed as delivered thought it wasn't delivered to the buyer..but tracked as delivered to the shipping hub. The buyer has opened a case against me for an item that was shipped on time. Why would am item be marked as delivered when it was only delivered to the hub and not the buyers home? Will the buyer receive an international shipping tracking number?

Mentor3 years agoYou shipped to Erlanger, KY so the tracking will show DELIVERED. Your obligation is done. The folks in KY will send the buyer another tracking number when the package is on the way to Australia.
