When eBay rolled out their new International Shipping Program (eIS), it has had a major positive impact on U.S. Sellers. Once a Seller is eligible, eBay will automatically enroll the Seller in this program. Then eBay takes care of any issues that come up once the package reaches the eBay domestic hub. That includes returns and refunds.
The only downside is that more and more countries are introducing safety and packaging regulations. Those regulations cause some items to not be available for shipping via eIS.
