International shipping
I have a customer in Kuwait that is interested in purchasing an item I bavr listed. Is that country eligible for international shipping?

Although Kuwait is one of the countries included in the eBay International Shipping Program, it depends on the item. If you go to that listing and look at the long list of countries you ship to, if Kuwait is not on that list, the item itself cannot be shipped there via the eBay hub in Illinois.
You could try to ship it direct to Kuwait but you would lose most of your Seller Protections.
