international shipping
I am trying to ship a product to the czech republic. I am enrolled in ebay international shipping. I cannot print the shipping label because it requires the following which I never had to do before:
AES/ITN/Exemption
License number
Certificate number
Invoice number
Thank you

Mentor2 years ago@beavis454 Is the item> ARRA F5684-70 Variable Attenuator
If so then the problem is YOU choose to use direct shipping to the buyer. You need to have NO international shipping as your international shipping option for the eBay international shipping program to apply.
This is copied from your listing>
I recommend apologizing to the buyer and canceling the sale as problem with buyers address. This will refund the buyer and your sellers fees.
Then you can revise the listing and remove the direct international shipping that you are offering. The item may not qualify for the eBay International Shipping Program, you won't know until you relist it.

OP2 years agoThanks for the advice. I was able to resolve it by a telephone contact with Ebay.

If you ship with the shipping method you have on the listing you'll not have any seller protection.
