International shipping
Shipped a package thru e-bay international shipping program it got delivered to the agent and was shipped thru them. Buyer claims they did not receive item, just who is responsable for delivery and why should I get a negative feedback for a package I had no control over once it was delivered to an e-bay agent. It's unfair!!!!

Mentor2 years agoIf you shipped to the ebay hub using ebay International Shipping, and tracking shows DELIVERED, if the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you upload the tracking, and ebay should refund the buyer, and you keep the payment.
