Question

One of my listings sold to a guy in Germany even though I clearly stated that I do not ship out of the US in my listing. I have been thinking of signing up for it. So I did sign up today it but the already sold listing doesn't have an invoice sent and I don't know the fees and don't seem to find Germany in the list of countries. So I am unable to send one. Is there any way to continue or do I have to cancel and relist.

You did have eBay International Shipping Program available on the listing however the lamp will not ship to all locations because it's electric so it's blocked to some countries by eBay due to import restrictions. YOU still only ship to the US with eBay Shipping Program, eBay handles the rest.

You can advise the buyer to provide a US address at checkout. They can use a package forwarding company in Delaware so there is not any state sales tax. You would only be responsible for the item reaching the forwarding company safely per the eBay MBG rules.

I recommend you block buyers in locations you do not ship to in account settings>

OR you can cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Then relist OR offer second chance offer to the under bidder.
