eBay charged the wrong amount for shipping on an international sale. What can I do?

OP2 years agoSo, eBay read the address in Poland as being in the United States. And charged the domestic shipping charge. When I went to the post office, the shipping cost was more than double.
the buyer didn’t want to pay the difference and I refunded the amount paid.

It looks like all is well. If the item in question was the one you sold today, you are using eBay International Shipping. That means you charged the buyer for shipping to the hub within the US (domestic shipping), and EIS handles the shipment (and the collection of the costs) from the hub to the buyer in his country.
