Hello I had a buyer send me his address information but I can’t get a shipping label from eBay? Why I will put in a picture of what it keeps saying

Mentor3 years ago@bullwinkle372013 You will need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Cancel is in the drop down menu next to the sold item. You must ALWAYS ship to the address that is provided at checkout, not to one a buyer sends you in a message.
It doesn't look like the buyer entered the address correctly at checkout.
You can not change the address yourself or you lose seller protection for proof of delivery.
I recommend blocking the buyer after you cancel the sale so they can't buy again. The reason I say this is because I have had buyers enter the same bad address again.
