International shipments
I have an item sold to an international buyer and shipped to eBay’s domestic shipping hub and tracking shows the item was delivered to the hub. Buyer has not received item and it appears the item never left the hub. eBay is saying the item never arrived at the hub and I need to provide proof. How do I submit proof? I have screenshot where the tracking number shows the day and time it was delivered to the hub. eBay has placed a hold on my future payouts until this is resolved.

OP1 year agoSo I contacted eBay support and they said they can see where it arrived at the hub and to just give the case time to close and it will be found in my favor. However, until then eBay has put a hold on my funds even though they know I did nothing wrong.
The item arrived at their hub on June 23rd and nothing since then.
