International shipment tracking
Our first international shipment and the buyer has not received item yet. It arrived in London on Nov 6 but it hasn't moved according to tracking. Thoughts on what I can do????

Mentor2 years agoDon't do anything. If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, and you used ebay's International Shipping, you will be covered. Just upload the tracking number to the EIS hub.
