INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT REQUIRED LOCAL PICK UP
When ready to accept an offer on an item (About 6 lbs in weight and $120 total sell price) from a buyer in France, I noticed it had no freight charges or shipping address associated with it and was marked as "Local Pick Up." I didn't accept the offer and checked the Ebay listing and all of the shipping information, weight, shipping method, etc had disappeared even though this item has sold before with freight charges. I subsequently fixed the listing. I then emailed the buyer and told him that there were problems and to resubmit the offer. The buyer never did resubmit the offer probably because he was spoofed. Has anyone experienced this problem of disappearing freight information?

We have seen a number of posts from sellers not understanding why a buyer could not complete a purchase. In looking at the items, they all had missing shipping information. I have not seen any suggested causes other than systematic errors.
