International seller won't complete sale
Seller in Germany agreed to ship an item to me in the USA. I bought the item. Now the seller won't contact me and ignores emails. The item is not available for international shipping, but the seller said he would change his settings to allow international shipment and add the quoted shipping cost. The item shows up as payment pending, but Ebay will not process payment. All I get are warnings when I try to pay for the item that there is a problem with the address and moreover, there is no shipping charge attached. To summarize, I have an item that is pending payment, but I can't pay because the seller does not offer international shipping, won't activate international shipping, won't add shipping charges, won't respond to emails, and I can't cancel the order. I want the item and send courteous emails requesting him to complete transaction so I can pay every 2-3 days---but no response. I bought the item April 12, 2024. Today is April 18, 2024
