International sales and not set up.

Question

Hi all. So Iâ€™m new to EBay and yesterday I had an international member offer to buy now on an auction and I accepted before seeing they were international. They wanted to correspond via personal email or google chat.
I just responded through EBay and they havenâ€™t responded.

Is there a way for me to just cancel this transaction? Iâ€™m not set up or ready for international yet. What should I do?

As a point of reference, they did not purchase the item yet. They said they had questions.
