All my listings are available to ship via eBay's global sales program. Someone from Germany wishes to purchase an item but keeps getting a "not Available To Ship To Germany" message. I checked the my listing and it is set up to ship anywhere except Italy. What's the problem?

Not all items can ship to all locations due to country specific import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program.
On RARE occasions an item is falsely blocked due to a keyword and rewording the title/ listing lets it ship.
If you share the item number and what country your buyer is located in I can take a look.

OP9 months agoThank you for offering your incite. This is the listing number: 376607874309. The person who tried to make the purchase lives in Germany.

I checked to see if I could tell why Germany is not allowing shipping of the CD to their country and couldn't find out exactly why.
When I looked at the listing I can tell that it is being blocked BY Germany as they are not on the list of countries to ship to.
