I sold an item that was shipped international. I was notified that it couldn't be delivered. I got to keep the sale and the buyer was issued a refund. What happened to the item?

The International Shipping program keeps it and then attempts to resell it to make up the money they paid out. Do not be surprised to see it listed on eBay using your photos.
