International returns
I have an international return that was handled through E bays new international shipping system.
I am just wondering if anyone else has had this experience - that the returned item does not come back to me and instead has been returned to the hub where it will stay - not back to me.
E bay has generously offered to pay for the return ship & let me keep the payment, which was not small. Plus they have refunded the buyer as well. I tried calling customer service to just help me understand why it's going down this way -but was told that is a different dept. and they are not able to explain anything.
Any insight on this ?
