International Returns
I got an email from EBay stating my international package could not be delivered because it is supposedly a restricted item. eBay is sending me the item back and I must refund the buyer. eBay says I will not be charged for the standard delivery shipping label or the return shipping label. I must issue the buyer a full refund but if I do that then it seems like EBay will refund the buyer the shipping charges as well out of my funds. Does anyone know how this works? Thank you very much in advance!
Also how do we get in contact with a live EBay customer service representative?!
