International Return shipping to China
Seller from China sent wrong item.
Seller says he cant generate international shipping label - so he wants me to purchase return shipping label - and he will refund me shipping cost thru my PayPal account.
1) is this the correct process?
2) is it safe to give a stranger my PayPal Email?

Mentor8 months agoNo, in this case the seller must advance you funds to purchase the label otherwise you will never be reimbursed.
Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will send funds to pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
