International return shipping

Question

I have an international buyer that has requested a refund directly to me. I feel like he is taking advantage of me and just wants his money and my item. He has not filed a claim but continues to harass me for his money refund. What should I do?

@licrutc_73 I would respond ONE more time to the buyer and say this>>

"eBay handles all refund requests for items shipped using the eBay International Shipping Program. If you wish to ask for a refund from eBay then you have to file a return refund request. Sellers are not able to process the refunds for these type of international orders. "

If for some reason when/ if they do file an actual refund request and ends up coming to you then contact CS so it's handled correctly. DON'T refund anything.
