International return
I sold an item internationally. It arrived broken. The buyer initiated a return. eBay sent me a message saying there wasn’t anything I needed to do and that I wouldn’t be charged for the return or receive the items back. Heard from the buyer today that EBay is requiring them to return it.

Mentor6 months ago@elvisfan88 If you shipped with the eBay International shipping program then eBay handles the return. They may have the buyer return the item to them but they will pay for the shipping and the refund.
It's not possible for you to send a return shipping label to a buyer in another country.
