International return
Hi,
I am a US‑based seller and I had this item listed for international buyers. A customer in Poland purchased it and now wants to return it. How can I provide a return label for an international return?

Mentor7 months agoI looked at one of your sold listings and it does not appear you are using the ebay International Shipping program, so you will need to find out how much it will cost for the buyer to ship the item back to you. Then you will need to decide do you want to pay to get the item back, or just refund the item price only and let the buyer keep/dispose of the item. If you want the item back, then you will need to send the funds to the buyer via Paypal so s/he can use his/her postal system to send the item back to you. Once you get the item back, then you refund the buyer.
