international return
I sold something internationally. It made it to the hub in Illinois. Somewhere after that, it was lost and the buyer never received the item. I called the number I was given and was told that the hub in Illinois did not give a tracking number- so it shows it's still in Illinois. The buyer asked for a refund and I told him he had to request one from ebay. I was obviously going to argue this since this was a mistake made by ebay. I waited to for the requested refund so I could argue, but never got this request. However, the item has now been removed from my "sold" listings, and money has been deducted from my account.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It was a sell over $100.
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ANYONE WHO HELPS!!!!!!

Mentor2 years ago@jules-1111 This should not be a refund from YOU since it made it the Illinois hub, this should be on eBay.
I strongly recommend contacting eBay customer service via eBay for Business on FB. The agents are more experienced. Leave a PRIVATE message and the agent will get back to you>

Tell the agent you want the Seller Protection that is PROMISED when you use the eBay International Shipping Program. That eBay is supposed to refund the buyer once the item safely reaches the Illinois hub.
