I bought some global knives 1 month ago. I made a purchase of several units in multiple suppliers.
I'm located in Argentina with an storage place in FL US. The problems is that all the products are fakes, I have multiple global Knives here and, and I have a lot of experience in global Knives, and all the products that arrived are cheap replicas. The weight of the product is different and also the Size of the blade (I'm able to share you pictures of that). The boxes and the packaging is not the correct, the boxes are simple OEM boxes with a cheap global Steaker. Any recommendation how to get a refund?
Because doing a return of my country is impossible.
