International Refunds
Hello. I bought an item from an international seller. It is not as described and I started a return. I thought that eBay handled the international refunds? My return went to the buyer and I am waiting on them to okay the refund. It says I need to pay the return shipping. Is this seller not a part of the international shipping program? Thank you.
