7. Who will be responsible for all compliances pertaining to the import of goods.
8. In the case of incorrect or damaged shipment what will be the refund and replacement process?
9. Are the shipping rates negotiable?
10. Can payment to supplier be done separately or at a later date.
11. What will be the charges incurred if Ebay is used only as a shipping service.
