International order was cancelled!
I bought a rare 45rpm record from Italy, paid immediately. Woke up this morning to find my order cancelled and my refund notification. On the listing, the seller said there was a "problem with my shipping address". I have received mail and packages at this address for over 20 years. There is no problem with the address. Then in a message to me, the seller said that there was an unexpected import tax, and that is why the sale was cancelled. I would have been happy to pay the tax, in order to get the item I purchased, but was never offered the chance. I am really mad about this, because it took a long time to find this record, and I probably won't find it again. Ebay is just a bot that throws preprinted answers at me and doesn't answer my actual question.
