International Order Stuck In Customs
Good evening and Happy Thanksgiving. I recently shipped an item internationally. Buyer contacted me due to the item being stuck in custom clearance in his country. He is becoming impatient and I doubt there is much I can do but I figured I would reach out and see if anyone had any suggestions. Just trying to keep all my buyers happy.

Mentor2 years agoTell your buyer s/he will need to call his/her country's customs department. If you have any numbers, send them along to your buyer. Did you ship using ebay International Shipping, or did you ship directly using USPS?
