International Order Refunded Without an Explanation
Ebay recently notified me that it has refunded a buyer for an order. I was the seller and they gave no reason for the refund to the buyer. The tracking showed the buyer had not yet received the item. Can not reach a live Ebay rep to find out what the problem with the order was and why the refund.
