International order never came
So I ordered an item, it never came, the seller said they would resend it, again it never came. Messaged again, no reponse. Went to complain to eBay, but as the 'sending' took so long, I cannot get in touch with a human on eBay to explain this. In my messages there is a clear communication trail following this.
I just need to talk to a human and for them to look to see this is legit. Effectively this is a perfect way to scam users as it bypases ebays policies and there is no way, as far as I can tell, to actually speak to someone to sort out this otherwise, very straight forward issue. Help!

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
