International order
Hi, I placed an international order from uk a week ago and the status says “there’s an issue with this parcel” and also says “ not received by Pitney Bowes hub yet”.
I’ve placed many orders from uk and this has never happened to me.
Do you know what the status mean?
Is it lost, or it’s really late or what?
